I tried this restaurant for the last 2 months and I had liked it but it is a shame that their waiter and delivery guy are rude and not understanding.I miss my delivery only because I was attending my baby and I wasn’t on my phone so when they call I missed there phone call and they yelled at me over the phone saying they waited 20 minutes when I check the camara and was only 8 minutes . I find it very rude and unprofessional since many times when ordering they have put me on hold for long periods of time , miss to send me the beverages and most of the time dont have a delivery person until after 2, yet I have never answered them rudely and been understanding since i know we are humans and can forget especially when it gets busy it is tuff. However it isn’t the same if the client makes a mistake in not answering on time, however there is a door bell which they could ring like any other delivery person. I really am disappointed of the treatment of Mami Leo employees cause it shouldn’t be that way.

Love this place. The food is always spectacular and the lemonade vodka was the best (and super cute!). I come with family and the staff is always helpful and attentive. 10/10 Recommend visiting at least once.

its a bit of a dive but the bodega style food is pretty darned good.. try the roasted pork over spaissh rice! very inexpensive.

Encebollado tasted just like from Manabí Portoviejo , extra chifle was for $6.00, sodas are for $3.00 and the encebollado is for $18.00

We had the humita, it was sweet, it was ok.
We also had the bolon mixto, it was good.
And we had the caldo de salchicha, it was not good, I didn’t like it at all.
I give it the 2 stars for the bolon and the coffee. Other than that we did not like it. We went there after reading the reviews. Almost everyone saying it’s the best ecuadorian food 🙄🙄🙄 I’m not sure what to think, maybe all the other food is good, I don’t know, all I know is I will never find out because I’m not going back.
