Sitting here eating the Valley style breakfast burrito with chorizo and bacon and just thinking to myself I am truly blessed to be living at this time. I could die right night and I would have the biggest smile on my face because I just had the greatest meal of my life. The Spanish Latte was so delicious I should have ordered two. If you haven’t stopped by here yet, what are you doing?

A coworker mentioned this spot and as it was on my way this morning, i stopped by. I got the Abuelita Mocha and the asada breakfast burrito. They were both delicious!
Definitely got there at a good time as there weren't many folks waiting. I would go back again!

Finally woke up early enough on a Friday to come here and try their breakfast burrito and I had a less than exciting experience…

Of course they were busy when I got there, so I anticipated a wait – after I ordered, some guys the team knew walked up without ordering(I’m assuming regulars, totally cool for sure), until they ended up getting served before me… 3 more guys ordered after me, they all got their food before me. The guy who took my order then looked up at me and told me they were waiting on chorizo, I didn’t even order chorizo.

Anywho, they offered me a free orange juice for the wait, which I denied, but they insisted. I didn’t need a free item, but it woulda been nice to just be served in order and not after 5 other people who got there after me just because they know them.

The burritos are delicious for sure and I enjoyed their cafe de olla, but I won’t be back after that service sadly.

I truly cannot recommend Nopal Taqueria highly enough! They catered our wedding and did such an incredible job! They were always quick to respond, had everything set up ahead of schedule, and honestly just made the whole process so easy and stress-free! And, most importantly, their food is delicious! I can't even count how many of our guests came up to us after the wedding and talked about how good the food was! One of our guests confided that he'd eaten 11 tacos! At the end of the evening, they very kindly packaged up leftovers for us, but by the end of the after-party, everything had been devoured! If you are looking for a caterer for an event, I think you've found them!

You just can’t food this good for this price anymore! My morning go-to, and if they’re starting to offer more drink options as well! Great food, great price, and great guys behind the grill!
