Hello owners of this establishment,
My name Is Hank Nunley I have been a patron of your store for over 7 years. Until recently…, The Gentalmen that works the morning/afternoon he is tall, medium build, long black hair. This Person refuses to let me purchase anything after i asked him why did the store double charge my debit card. The amount was for cigarettes. I asked for either the cigarettes or for the amount to be refunded. It is only right if you charged double you should give the customer the product or his/her money back. He gave me the refund in cash and yelled at me in an aggresive voice to leave and not to return that i am banned from the property… Why did he get mad at me when he made a mistake by not doing his job correctly… I was the one down 13.44$… Hope that this can be resolved because i shop here daily. If not ill spend my money elsewhere.

Pathetic service because a few cashiers seem to think that they are above the Hood they serve! Looking down on patrons with mental illnesses & treating others like they are some form of trash! The only thing disposable is the eye soar of "ot food mart" in Hisoric Oakcliff! My business has been taken elsewhere!

I like this place. For the most part they actually have a good variety of items, but I can’t stand seeing the poor stray animals that come around there. Breaks my heart

Convenient location for snacks, beverages & a quick pickup of basic ingredients for dishes!

To many people's standing outside door of store asking for money, this is really not a safe place.. Rude employees, store nasty, water on floor. If you don't do drugs this is not the store for you all I wanted was a soda and chips for my daughter and I. But I got all of that for free. Never again will I go there.
