I have experienced the best from this local grocery store. The kindness and knowledge from the owner truly made me feel welcome.
Wooow what a great store. They also have sandwiches and pizza, great taste 👍👍
Definitely will get one soon again.
Such a delicious sandwich! High quality fresh ingredients, homemade special sauce, this is my new sandwich place. I'll have to try their pizzas next.
Plus, fresh ripe fruits and veggies. The plums and cherries are killer right now.
With a little table outside to sit and eat, this is a great local spot. I'm glad to have them in my neighborhood. Nice guys and great service.
Great neighborhood market, its owned and o operated by a pair of friendly brothers and their dad. The market is always clean they keep the place well stocked so it's ready to find what you are looking for. Each product is individually tagged with a price so you don't need to find the item tag on the shelves and try and read to make sure you are looking at the right price. They also make excellent sandwiches and their pizzas I hear are really cool. Only downside is that the parking can be a little tricky as there's only street parking and only 2 cars can park in front of the store, but if you are willing to walk 10-15 steps there is plenty of street parking.
I have lived in this neighborhood for nearly 30 years, and I remember this market being there when we moved in to this neighborhood. I am not sure how long this market has been there but I remember every couple of years there would be me owners as no one could run this store. They would usually start out really enthusiastic but a year or so later you would notice the same unwelcoming atmosphere, no merchandise, half empty shelves and you would hear that the market is for sale and the same story every 2 years or so until about 5 years ago these guys bought the store. They have done an excellent job of keeping the store stocked, clean, friendly, the guy asks me about my kids every time. I certainly appreciate the gesture and from my perspective they look like they enjoy their job.
I strongly suggest anyone to stop by if you happened to be near but to the neighbors who live in this area we should all make an effort to do our daily shopping for groceries from the store because not only will we be helping a store in our neighborhood grow, we will also be supporting a small business and not giving our money away to large corporations. Believe me corporations like Walmart and Kroger's and pavilions. They're going to be fine. They have a very profitable business and they make millions and millions of dollars. So with us shopping from there or without shopping from there, they're going to make their money, but for small businesses, it's up to us as neighbors to make sure that the small businesses in neighborhoods like Palmer Market and Kaffeine Coffee Shop next door grow and thrive. I am sure in return these small businesses will then do their part such as sponsor youth sports trams or help elderly residents in our neighborhood who have mobility issues by making sure they have access to nutritious meals every day.
Have nothing to say about the service or products of this place.
But. As been part of the community I give a 0 stars. I was hit by another car in front of the store which it has cameras directly to where the accident happened. I kindly asked for the copy of the video to have proof against the driver that hit me. And to my surprise they refused to help me. What kind of sense of community you find there. Good luck. ….
