Was driving in Sunland last night and saw this restaurant beside a gas station. After my errand, I called them and placed an order for a chicken kabob plate. Arrived early and the food came out after a little while. The plate came with your choice of two sides, a main carb, and the juiciest and perfectly cooked chicken kabobs. The serving is generous. The sides I got which are ikra and baba ganoush were also so good. It also came with pita bread. Soooo good and will definitely be back!
What a wonderful experience! I brought my family to enjoy a meal here, and it was pure joy from start to finish. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully served, every bite felt like comfort. My kids were happy, my wife couldn’t stop complimenting the hummus, and I was just grateful to see everyone smiling around the table. The staff treated us with kindness and made us feel right at home. It turned an ordinary evening into a special memory. We’ll definitely be back!

The drive up is confusing because it looks like it’s part of the gas station but it’s not. But it is in the same parking lot.
The atmosphere is pleasant but nothing special and it was very clean and the music was at a good volume and they didn’t take too long with my food. I do think my chicken kabob could be a little tastier, but I did enjoy it, and I loved the hummus!
I want to give a big shout-out to Christina at Paros Family Restaurant! As soon as I walked in, she greeted me warmly and immediately offered to help with any questions I had about the menu. She took the time to explain the differences between the various menu items, making sure I understood all my options.
Customer service like this is truly a breath of fresh air. Honestly, I haven’t even gotten my food yet (though I’m sure it will be exceptional!), but I had to give Christina her flowers right away. In this day and age, we’re often quick to criticize but too quiet when we receive great service — and Christina absolutely deserves to be recognized for the care and attention she gives to customers. Well done!
Food was decent, that’s about it though. The girl in the morning has been extremely unwelcoming the 2 times I came here. She always had an “I hate my job” attitude, brought me my food from the kitchen and halfway to my table, and I got up to take the tray from her. I thought maybe the first time I came she was having a bad day, and the food was actually decent, but 2nd visit was the same. If this is a family restaurant that just had their “Grand Opening,” you CAN NOT have staff that treats customers poorly on a consistent basis like that. I intend to not return and share my thoughts about my experience here. Do better, or close your doors.
