Shannon has changed ownership , yet most reviews and photos on here , are of the old Shannon and the old menu . I have now been there twice and love it. Prices are very reasonable , menu has a good variety of breakfast , sandwiches and dinner/lunch plates . Everything we have tried is very good and also good portions . Service was good , you order at the counter and they bring the food to you . The ambiance has changed and the restaurant is brighter and less clattered . I am posting a photo of the current menu , but they told me that some items may change. They also have some good specials from time to time . I will for sure keep going here ! Shannon’s reminded me there are still places I can get a wonderfully filling breakfast for under $10. I ordered 2 pancakes and 2 eggs with cranberry juice. In two more words: Deliciously Satisfying. Colin the owner was extremely personable and welcoming. My hope is to make this place a regular haunt. The menu is worth exploring and with some delectable deserts. Greeted immediately by owner with a smile and a wide menu full of lunch and dinner options at an astounding affordable prices. Not fancy but delish homemade comfort food that is hot and yummy. Tonight was home made pot roast. Delish with a capital DDDDDELISH
