I would never go back. This place used to be much better in the beginning, but the quality has really declined. The food was served cold, and the ghormeh sabzi was especially bad- it felt like a soup! barely edible. Everyone in our party ordered different dishes, and not a single one was good. We were all disappointed. To make matters worse, the prices were high for such low-quality food. Overall, a frustrating experience. I do not recommend it.
We were 7 people gathered at 6:00 pm. No complain from the food. Freshly made bread was delicious and Soltani was very good and salad that came with the Soltani was very fresh. All seven people liked the food and its quality. What bordered some of the guests was the attitude of our server that happened to be the manager. He was not courteous and seemed to be impatient. Somebody must teach these servers that when you are dealing with a large group of guests,
1. Usually two waiters must attend a large group of guests
2. If only one waiter attends to a large group, they have to be patient. The cultural diversity and diversity in tastes, make the orders overwhelming and takes a long time. The waiter became very impatient when two of the guests decided to change their orders and eventually he brought the wrong dish to one of them. The guest agreed to take the wrong dish and emphasized that it is ok as it is. Rather than apologizing and accepting his mistake and leaving, he insisted to bring another chicken koobideh kabob and forced the guest to pay for it. I have never seen such a disrespectful behavior from a waiter and manager.
Just an advise to the restaurant owner: as the price of food in restaurants skyrockets and people tend to eat at home more, you must give people a reason to show up at your restaurant and spent hundreds of dollars.
1. Good quality and fresh food which was ok
2. A pleasant dining experience, meaning make your guest feel special and appreciated.
We will probably visit this restaurant again but I hope we would not get disappointed.
To go foods are packed in very low quality and unhealthy plastic dishes. These disposable dishes are not for packing HOT foods. These low-quality plastic dishes get very warm with hot foods which makes the food dangerous for health. Since we picked them up from the restaurant, we did not check the bag and later saw it in the hotel. After a whole day of searching for apartments, we were too hungry to throw it out and ate it. We did not enjoy it unfortunately.
The food also got mushy due to lots of water droplets (caused by the warm food’s heat).
We do not recommend "picking up" food from this restaurant because they barely care about people's health.
The appetizer was good, hot and fresh. The chicken main course was dry with no flavor. Service was very good and the place was clean.
I ordered beef koobideh and I was not able to eat it. It tasted like some other kind of meat than beef and mixed with bread crumbs.
I recommend fish.
