Seriously the best best best BEST Starbucks. Everything from their drinks to their service is top tier. Laura is so kindhearted & welcoming. Even when I switch up drinks from my usual; they’re still perfect. My drink looks & tastes dang near like a clone of the one before e v e r y s i n g l e time. Honestly don’t like going to any other Starbucks because they just aren’t the same as this one 🤣🤪🤫

It hasn't been open very so it's drive thru only right now until they get it together, but it won't be for ever. The employees are friendly and the service was very quick. I live in the neighborhood several blocks just behind it and I'll definitely be visiting frequently. Welcome to the neighborhood, glad to have you!!

I have no idea where the negative reviews are coming from because I always have such a great experience at this location. I walk over some mornings with my pup, or I’ll drive through. The staff are always incredibly kind, leave the cutest messages on the cups, and always provide an amazing drink/experience. This Starbucks is not meant for dining in and is strictly a drive-thru or walk up with the intention that you leave after receiving your order. There’s purposefully no where to sit and no trash cans because that’s how it’s designed so you don’t linger. it’s not safe for the staff to handle your trash and then make someone else’s drink. Keep in mind that the staff are people and not robots – it’s possible that a drink may not come out perfect. If that’s the case, then be kind and let them know. Thank you for always being awesome at this location 🫶🏻✌🏻

Everyone is extremely nice, I live in the neighborhood, but everytime I go, there is something wring with my drink, I have even ordered other drinks on the menu to make sure that it wasn't my drink but they still do. yesterday I got a venti ice coffee with 4 pumps of white mocha, the coffee was old, burnt and bitter. I'll just go back to 17/94/Church Starbucks, they are always on point. I understand they are new but at the end of the day, they are Starbucks and have a standard to uphold. Keep up the training and hope everything works out because the staff is very nice.

Idk honestly to spend $7 on coffee I expect better service from Starbucks. There’s one young lady who is always happy and chipper I think her name was Rae. The rest of the staff act like you’re bothering them. Your best option is to go through the drive thru bc at the window they’ll all just stare at you and argue over who is going to actually help you. It would be nice to consider that often you all are people’s first stop in the morning and first interaction you should be kinder or get a different job where you’re not people facing. I was waiting on my coffee while writing this. Shawna, who acted like I was bothering her by being at the window, literally handed me a hot cup of milk and when I complained she made it seem like she was a hero by stopping from standing in front of the microwave to greet me and take my order after standing there forever and not being greeted by anyone. Laura just stared at me longingly each time and didn’t even crack a smile. Then the excuse was there was people in the drive thru. There was 2 cars I can admit that. But there was also SEVEN employees inside. Nothing efficient or friendly about this location. I surely will be sure to go to the other one on 1792 instead. Terrible experience.
