I usually drink Starbucks, but today I came here to do something and wanted to use the restroom. I asked the clerk politely: Can I use the restroom? But the two clerks had a bad attitude, laughed at me, and told me that I couldn’t use the restroom without an order! I could tell from their attitude that they were discriminating against me, this is racial discrimination! I was very sad, and when I took a picture of them with my phone, they told me that the restroom was over there! . So you must have an order to use the restroom at this Starbucks!!!

Had such a great experience here that I felt like I had to leave a review. The staff was super friendly, especially Marla and Angy. They were really nice and took the time to suggest some new drinks I might like and they were actually really good. They also made conversation while I waited, and it didn’t feel forced or awkward at all. Honestly, they made the whole visit better just by being kind and chill. Definitely coming back because of them.

Terrible experience. Ashley is incredibly rude. Ashley, youre working at starbucks, your life is not very hard. I felt very discriminated against and did not appreciate you mocking me just for asking to use your restroom. And then you dont make my order correctly. Your incompetence is astounding. Bathroom code is address.

The workers that work at night are really polite and offer great costumer services. Except today a worker name Ashley and Coworker got my order wrong 2 times. They gave me the wrong drink and I asked for light ice yet my cup was all the way up filled with ice. When I told them they just looked at each other and acknowledge they got it wrong, fix but still filled up my cup with ice. They look bother that I even asked for them to give me what I paid for. I got a refund and it didn't even go straight to my bank. Keep in mind. At the moment I was the only customer there and they still provided such a poor service.
