This location lacks cleanliness, attention to detail, and the excellent friendly customer service Starbucks has become known for. Unfortunately, the lack of upkeep from behind the counter to the prep area and in the customer waiting/lounge area need better attention to cleaning standards. Other customers inside commented that, sadly, this location is relatively new, but the team doesn't maintain it like other Starbucks locations. On a high note, the drinks were good. But the effects of the unkempt areas may have you question the quality of your purchase.

I don't know Starbucks as other people, old school guy here, and the cashier seem like didn't have patience for me for not knowing the correct name for a medium size drink lol, I just wanted coffee for my wife. Is ok though.

Went in to order a vanilla frappee and grilled cheese sandwich. Everything was good. Area clean restrooms also. Loved it.

This is the worst Starbucks, they take forever at the drive thru and their drinks taste more like milk. It’s always a risk with the drinks sometimes they’re good sometimes it’s just milk. Today I stopped by since I couldn’t make it to the one I usually go to. What a disappointment my drink is more milk than matcha.

OVERPRICED and No customer service skills. Stop by 4/16/25 @ 1:15pm. I ask Employee EVELYN on the drive thru for a Carmel drizzle cup with ice along with other drinks she rudely refuse and said she was going charge me for a REGULAR Drink. I said I will pay the difference but not for a whole NEW drink. She kept yelling and continued giving me hard time, my family and I left with NO drinks. Had my Drinks done at Starbucks in South Gate in front of Azalea shopping center only charge me .60 extra for a cup of caramel drizzle. No wonder they get so many bad comments on their reviews.
