An actual 3.5 They need to step up their efforts. Atmosphere is a bit sketchy if you're not from the hood but if you're friendly with the local drunks, then you should be ok.

Good place they do the best they can to serve you 100% and there taco chefs are really fast

A solid chicken taco, for a reaonable price. Decent eating area. I will return and try something else.
