Those of you who know me aren’t surprised I ended up here. This place looks sketchy and the ac isn’t enough to cool the covered patio.
I have passed by this place many times and yes I was a little hot while I ate but honestly the food was great!
I had chicken and steak skewers over rice with a small green salad.
The skewers were tender and very flavorful. The rice was perfectly steamed and the salad was lightly dressed like Cole slaw.
This is not some place you want to go if you're not into hole in the wall spots. This place is perfectly suited for people like me who value flavor over frills.

We had heard a lot of great reviews about this place, so we decided to check it. We gor the teriyaki chicken, shrimp and chicken yaki soba (chicken noodles). To be honest, the food was OK, not great. A nice enough flavor but i felt the chicken was a little dry. The highlight was the noodles, though I dont think I'd come running back for them. Also they seem to upcharge for everything, including 75 cents for multiple trips to the soda fountain. Worth a try, but there are definitely better options in the area.

Didn't want to travel far but was in the mood for Teriyaki so decided to give Teriyaki plus a try.

On first view it doesn't seem all that special. The parking center it is in definitely seems sus and I had some wild people watching while I ate my lunch. However, that lunch was phenomenal. I ordered the Katsu Chicken Bowl which was both cheap and delicious. The chicken was breaded perfectly and, while thin, was not over cooked. The Katsu sauce that came with it was also perfectly balanced.

They list Gyoza per piece which I love. Sometimes I don't want a full 6 or 8 or whatever restaurants force as a serving. Here, I ordered 6 for my friend and I to share and we had to fight over the last one. They were crisp and well filled. All of the food we enjoyed was excellent and the staff were kind and attentive.

Outside of the shopping center being kind of suspect, this place is a MUST try!

Genuinely the best Katsu I've had in the valley, only thing I'd change is offering macaroni salad. But the sides it came with were DELICIOUS and the serving size was amazing for the price. Will definitely be going back to try everything else.
