Trying to support local vendors is important but so is an honest review. We found the spicy chicken sausage seasoned, but they had too much salt included in the grind. Also the sausage casings were quite tough to eat after grilling. Lastly for those who only have two or three people in a family unit, it would be more convenient to have packs of fewer frozen sausages, rather than packs of 8.

This was the best breakfast I've had in years. Can't believe I've past this place for lil over a year. Yesterday me and a couple of my coworkers bought the sausages. Last night i cooked a couple for my father and I and we really enjoyed. So this morning i walked from 2nd Ave to get breakfast and very amazed of the flavors from everything on the plate. I don't usually eat everybody's grits without putting pepper on it. I didn't have to season anything. Bcuz they did just that. Seasoned with love. Thanks for the amazing food

The sausage is absolutely delicious! Used in spaghetti 🍝, tacos 🌮 and barbeque. I love the mild, but I really want to try the hot 🔥.
