Very rude customer service, which tainted the whole meal. I got the number 16 which came with more food than i expected which was lovely, and the chicken was crispy and delicious. The sauce they use is less of a curry and more of a demi glace.

Regardless, i had to take it home because there was so much. That’s when i went up to get a to go box and i brought my tray up and the guy kept yelling at me to put my tray back and then yelled at me that i had to pay for a to go box.

I had 0 cash as most people do and he said they can’t take card so i was stuck since i couldn’t take my food home. He then said they can take card if i pay an extra fee. I wanted to take my food home so i paid and he was extremely rude about it all. The cashier was the only kind one.

0/10 customer service.

Huge pork cutlets served here! Likely the most popular spot in the food court among patrons of all ages. Cutlets were basically schnitzels and were served with side of rice, salad and macaroni. Made quick and fresh.

For Korean food lover this is a fast food restaurant that’s specialize in tonkatsu, which breaded fried chicken, pork, fish etc…
The price is very reasonable for the amount of food you get.
The pork was very crunchy and good also the chicken and it had a good flavor.
If you’re on the go and don’t have much time this a good fast food place.

Not quite sure why others rate this place so low, I mean, it’s a food court restaurant… the food was above average, portions are generous and price is reasonable. The #17 is the most famous dish but for my money the #2 Boston Variety Combo is the one to get.

The food is decent for the price, but something the establishment no longer seems to appreciate the customer's business. The level of accommodation is decreasing and number of other options are increasing. I would recommend the boss to stop being so small-minded, look at the bigger picture, and learn to be grateful for everything. Such a shame because it wasn't always like this.
